What The Navigator Can Do For You!

A business relocation can be disruptive to your operations, but when professionally managed by The Navigator, your corporate relocation will empower you to:

  • Improve your working environment
    • Increase productivity
      • Reduce overhead expenses

Prior to your current office lease expiring, The Navigator will provide you timely information and objective analyses so you will be confident you are making the correct decision – whether it results in remaining where you are or moving to another site.

The Navigator’s experience, office market knowledge and technical expertise assures our clients of getting the most for their rental dollar.  And it doesn't stop there because our service and support continues from the day you move-in and throughout your term of occupancy.

If the decision is to relocate, The Navigator will make the transition painless. For clients deciding to remain in their office suite, The Navigator will help you negotiate with your landlord.  With our guidance, you will receive more favorable terms and conditions than if you had negotiated your lease renewal on your own.  We guarantee it.

What Makes The Navigator Different
Firmly focused on tenant representation, The Navigator takes its fiduciary responsibility very seriously. We never prejudice our client's interests by the all too common dilemma of dual tenant/landlord representation plaguing our industry. This loyalty and personal service makes The Navigator different from everybody else in this business.
